Duquesne Mobile Ticketing


The biggest advantage of digital tickets? You will NEVER "leave your tickets at home" or "bring the wrong tickets to the game" again! As long as you remembered your phone, you can access all of your tickets, any time. If you added them to your Wallet (Apple or Android) they will always be there until you remove them. If you didn't add them to your wallet or you can't find your email, click the button below to log in to your account, and your tickets are listed there. You can add them to your wallet or transfer them to family/friends.


Special Notes:
Your mobile tickets will arrive as a link via email, sent to the email address associated with your Duquesne Athletics ticketing account. Season tickets and all tickets for the same event will be sent in one email. To ensure that you receive the email containing your tickets, please add our email addresses, ticketservices@duq.edu and duquesneathletics@athletics.duq.edu, to your approved spam filter list. Please set your email to accept attachments. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Mobile tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a mobile ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, etc.). Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app.

Always download tickets to your device once you receive them due to connectivity at the stadium or arena.

  • Flexibility

    • Real-time changes to event dates and times are reflected immediately on digital tickets. Mobile tickets also allow guests to manage their tickets from their mobile phone 24/7 with "My Account" which includes the seamless transfer of tickets. No more having to leave tickets at will call or connecting with a friend before the game. You can transfer via email or by sending a link via text message. 

    Ease of Use

    • Through "My Account", you always have your tickets on you. You may download or transfer your tickets at any time. It also adds a layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and counterfeit tickets.

    The shift to mobile-only ticketing also provides a safer environment for fans, offering a fully contact-less entry into venues.

  • A digital ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. It's our effort to make your Duquesne experience the best!

    Digital tickets provide:

    • Quick and easy entry to all venues using your mobile phone or smart device
    • Instant access to all your tickets via "My Account"
    • The ability to manage and transfer your tickets at any time
    • An easy way to go green by printing less paper
    • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
    • 24/7 online capabilities
  • You will receive an email with a link for each event containing your tickets. Season tickets and all the tickets for an event will be delivered via a single link. Once you log in to access your tickets, you can add those to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet by selecting the appropriate button. This will need to be done for every ticket for the event. (For example, if you purchased four tickets, you need to click the icon "Add to Apple Wallet" on all four tickets.)

    The ticket that is emailed to you is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique code that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan will be allowed entry. If a unique code has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.

  • Digital-only means tickets will no longer be printed on hard ticket stock. At check-out, fans can choose from two options: mobile tickets or print-at-home PDF tickets. Mobile tickets can be downloaded to your phone. PDF tickets can be printed on paper at home and presented at the stadium. PDF tickets can also be shown on your smartphone by enlarging the barcode area.

    NOTE: Please do not print the mobile tickets on paper. The barcode is only made to scan on a digital device and will not scan on gameday.

  • During the check-out process, you have two options for ticket delivery “Mobile” or “Print at Home”. These options are not interchangeable and apply to all tickets in your purchase. For example, by selecting “mobile delivery” your email containing the ticket(s) will only provide links for mobile tickets and will not include access to “Print at Home” printable PDFs. As a reminder, mobile tickets cannot be printed as the barcode is meant for digital scanning only.

    Similarly, by selecting “print at home delivery”, the email containing the ticket(s) will only include links for printable PDFs. These can be stored as documents on your phone, but will not have the same wallet functionalities as the mobile ticket options. 


    As season or mini-plan ticket holders, all your tickets will be delivered via a single email and prior to the start of the season. When selecting your delivery method keep in mind that the delivery method you select will:

    • apply for all ticketed events in that season and
    • apply to all purchased tickets (e.g. if you have four (4) seats all seats will be delivered via the same method)

    It is highly suggested to use mobile delivery for the ease of access and ability to transfer to other attendees.


    Tickets purchased in a single transaction will all be delivered in the same fashion. However, if you purchase tickets in separate transactions you can change your delivery method with each transaction. For example:

    • A fan who purchases four (4) tickets to a single game will have all four (4) tickets arrive via the delivery method selected at check out.
    • A fan who purchases two (2) tickets to four different games will have all the tickets, to all the games arrive via the delivery method selected at check out.
    • A fan who purchases two (2) tickets to one game and checks out selecting mobile ticketing; then completes a separate transaction for two (2) tickets to the same event but chooses “Print at Home” will receive two separate emails based on the delivery method selected at check out.



    The only way to change your selected delivery method is to contact the Dean Honda Ticket Office at 412-232-DUKE (3853). You will need to provide a confirmation number as proof of purchase to change your ticket delivery option. 

  • Mobile tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a Mobile ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, etc). Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed as an App from Apple. Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later. iPhone 5 comes with iOS 6 pre-installed, whereas iPhone 3GS devices or later can be upgraded to iOS 6.

    Android users will need to download the Google Pay Wallet app in order to save tickets to their phone.

    NOTE: iPads DO NOT support Wallet regardless of iOS versions.

  • You can access the Duquesne Account Manager by clicking here. Through the Account Manager, you will have the ability to:

    • Reserve your Tickets
    • Transfer tickets to Friends, Family, or Clients
    • Update Account Information
  • When signed in to the Duquesne Account Manager site, click on Manage Tickets. From there, you will be able to print your tickets. We recommend using regular 8.5"x11" white paper.

  • If you don't have a printer, we recommend using the mobile option available. This saves you time and money. You can simply download the ticket(s) to your phone.

    • Make sure you have used the correct email address.
    • Check your junk mail folder.
    • Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
    • Be sure to add our email addresses, ticketservices@duq.edu and duquesneathletics@athletics.duq.edu, to your list of trusted email addresses.
    • Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive. All tickets will be sent out at least 48 hours prior to the event.

    If after going through the above steps you still cannot find an email containing your mobile tickets, on your mobile device please follow these steps:

    • Go to GoDuquesne.com/myaccount
    • Log in to your ticketing account
    • In the upper right-hand corner click on the menu bar (three stripes)
    • Select: My Account
    • Below the menu options, you should see all your tickets listed under “My Tickets”
    • Click on each individual ticket to add to your wallet or transfer tickets.
